Is there anyone else in Kenya experiencing internet outages on Telkom from 12 noon to 12 midnight daily despite having purchased data? It's frustrating.

I’m so over Telkom @TelkomZA. WHY IS THE NETWORK EXTREMELY INCONSISTENT!? We cannot be having the same issues where it works for one minute and not again for several hour!! Fix it!!

In my experience, Telkom Kenya have the best customer service in terms of response time and reverting back to check whether the issue was resolved. If only their internet was good, they also have some really good packages.

Telkom is giving its customers 1GB of data valid for two days as a token of apology for the network outage on Monday when the network operator confirmed that a temporary outage impacted its services nationwide.

Telkom was down mabane, they decided to apologise and give us 1gig that expires after 2 days but can’t even use that 1gig because their network is still acting up yhooo
