#Spectrum, why can't you give us a better insight into the Internet outage in Dallas County? Is your infrastructure so precarious that you have not been able to restore service to business customers for SIX days? Subsidize mobile data costs for business now!

Spectrum is my Internet provider and it was out all night. It doesn’t sit real well with me because I’ve got long Covid and I’m usually awake all night. Anybody else have spectrum and had a similar problem?

🚨89 hours outage, internet in Dallas finally restored at midnight. Longest outage I ever had, including 12 hurricanes/tropical storms in FL and the Great TX Freezeout of 2021. The app STILL says outage 🤣 Four words, @Ask_Spectrum: Underground infrastructure. Better updates.

77 hours @Ask_Spectrum outage and counting. Still no estimated time of restoration. App/chatbot info useless. A live agent told me 7 nodes were out in Dallas area, each node feeding a neighborhood.

Spectrum is horrible! No internet since Thursday night. The website gives no information of when it will be restored or if it’s even being worked on.

Oh look at that on top of @EA accounts not working, @Activision / @CallofDuty not working, and @Xbox not working...now @GetSpectrum / @Ask_Spectrum is having an outage they estimate to have fixed by 5am. Also my phone wants to use 4G LTE instead of the 5G I pay for. #Pagers&PS2s

Hey @Ask_Spectrum can you explain to me why I’m going on 24+ hours of no internet after you already repaired it and got it to working condition after the storm? I had a blissful 14 hours of internet until right before I was set to start WFH :3
