Is Spectrum facing service interruption? ❌

Thank y'all for pulling up! I'm having issues with my internet so I'm going to get in touch with Spectrum and see if I can't get it fixed. If I can, I'll be back on tonight! Love y'all Infirmary!

Spectrum is getting on my nerves with these outages. Last time they did this I was without internet until 5pm the next day.

Hey @Ask_Spectrum & @GetSpectrum its been more than 8hrs that we have internet outage here in Pendleton, IN. This has happened more than once in a month now. Is this how you guys take card if the outages? How is it possible for people to continue WFH without internet?

Been having problems with internet since I had to turn in my Time Warner Cable stuff. Spectrum modem and router out and reset 3-4 times a day. Never had problems with TWC stuff. Long morning tomorrow. 1) Beer, dog/cat food /cigarette run on base. 2) Renew Tags. 3) Get new equip

Hey @Ask_Spectrum ... why does your support suck so hard? Your chatbot function is useless. Your app shows my internet is working but all devices show it doesn't exist. I rebooted and it did nothing. Your chat doesn't allow me to explain the issue or talk to anyone...

i think spectrum gets away with these outages because most people be asleep at this time.

Fun Fact: I can't sleep in complete silence.... it drives me crazy! I've slept with the tv on all my life. Spectrum is currently experiencing an outage annnnnnd the silence in the house is sending me! Meanwhile, my husband over here sleeping so peacefully 😂
