I guess these are the weather events and large scale utility outages that Airbnb referred to in their June 6, 2024 updated rules.

.@Airbnb Your support team told me to that since there were safety hazard issues at my airbnb, they would give me 7nights credit at the next place and told me to book first and then it would be applied. Not support is not honoring. This is terrible service

Are you still using AirBnB ? From my experience it is not necessarily cheaper than a good hotel and include none of the services.

My issue was not resolved since April 15th. Very simple: just give me CFDI Withholdings documents. you are requiered by law to do so. And @AirbnbHelp stop replying to DM you and then not reply to the DMs!

Worst airbnb experience ever! @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp (AiRbnb did NOT Help). I called support and they recommended me to leave the house at 1:50 am. Now they can’t refund my money. This is not self check in at all. The “host” (it’s a company) did not fix the bottom know issue.
