Is Airbnb down? ❌

Has anyone else had issues with @Airbnb canceling reservations before? Took my money this morning and made me rebook. I haven't spoke to @Airbnb and they're telling me i cxl my reservation.

@bchesky 11 hours ago an Airbnb agent promised us a voucher code for £699.56 within 15-20 mins that would enable us to pay for remainder of our accommodation. Long story re reasons. This has not materialised. We need this code within next 10 mins or we lose our reservation.

When you try to book on @Airbnb and keep on getting an error message “AI system detected that I’ll have a party”😂😂😂 and customer service can’t override the AI decision that’s dumb 😂😂 saying i should spend my Money somewhere else I’ll definitely do that. @AirbnbHelp

It’s the fact that their service agents have power to finish complaint / issue if they think it’s resolved even if it isn’t. Feels like a way of arbitraging their own service level stats @Airbnb #airbnb #service . I’ve given up on my issue after 3 weeks
