Reported system wide technical outage @AmericanAir impacting yet another American Airlines flight. Unbelievable.

I will never fly @AmericanAir again. WiFi not working, lazy and rude staff. 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 Imagine, NOBODY flying out of Gulfport and it was an inconvenience for him to check if I could move my flight so I didnt have to drive 2 hours once I land. Back to @SouthwestAir

Your website is down @AmericanAir been trying to make a reservation, and it's impossible, how can I do this?

Nothing is more @AmericanAir than getting off a 16 hour flight and then having to deal with customs agents being rude and their kiosks not working.

2nd waste of money with @united today is in flight WiFi. So far it has gone down 5 times for almost 2 hours and I was told by the flight attendant “all I can do it reset it I wish I was an IT guy” You should call @AmericanAir I streamed football all day yesterday on flights.

I'm on an @AmericanAir flight from LA to Charlotte, where they are charging *$35 * for internet (which has gone down twice in the 30 minutes since I purchased it.) For a single flight. Does the market allow this when most other airlines now charge $8 or offer it free (JetBlue?)

Gotta give a shoutout to the folks at @AmericanAir Twitter who were able to fix all of the problems the computer system created and the EP line could Not fix. Seriously, they were awesome tonight!!!!

Thank you @AmericanAir for destroying my computer. All of my work & everything I do for my job was on there. I don’t even have the words to describe what I’m feeling right now. I filed a complaint already but if this doesn’t get fixed asap you’ll definitely see me in court.

EP is bad.Stuck at dfw, 1 person working on premium counter, line was 1.5 hours long. By the time i got to front, flight left. Platinum desk said you have to wait.Tried to checkin on machine, gave error.Flight was delayed already due to crew shortage. @AmericanAir
