@AmericanAirlines is the most challenged airline on the planet. The systems are clunky, unreliable, and their planes break down routinely. It’s not built on customer service at all. With the exception of a handful of team members. SMH It needs new leadership yesterday

You can always count on @AmericanAir to let you down. 2 minutes before 9am takeoff, after everyone has boarded…. maintenance issue. 45 minutes later everyone is deplaning. No ETAs. The absolute worst

Hey @AmericanAir, this was hands down the worst experience flying with you. We sat on the plane for over an hour after landing, just waiting for a gate to unboard. Completely unacceptable. Do better.

Flight delayed over 3 hours and prob canceled, first cause they put fuel in the wrong tank, and now cause of a radar outage in Miami/San Juan. This is unacceptable @AmericanAir
