Is Telstra down? ❌

Hey @Telstra it's no use sending out a msg after your service goes down to say your service is being impacted. I am WFH and this week has been a joke with the outages, 5G down and a super slow 4G available. Cannot WFH with this poor supply

In my area the entire 5G mobile network has been down for 2 days and won’t be back until Tuesday. No business’ have eftpos and were not notified. This is considered standard practice in Australia, what an absolute laughing stock we are as a nation. #Australia #telstra #outage

Since the 3G network shut down, I don’t see any improvement in 4G network. @Telstra said that when the 3G is shut down, the 4G will be much better. That hasn’t happened so that’s another @Telstra lie plus they now increase charges too. What a great company? #auspol

Due to them shutting down the Telstra tv box I had to switch to the Fetch today and YOU CAN'T SWITCH BETWEEN PARAMOUNT+ PROFILES ON THE APP!!! Like this is a basic thing, I'm so annoyed @Telstra

Hey @Telstra why is my voicemail not working. Callers get the message “no messages can be left on this service” message bank isn’t full (only 4 saved messages) ?

Telstra why is my data not working ??? I can’t load anything. Can’t send any messages.

So, I log in to my #Telstra account to buy a 4G phone due to the 3G network closing down in a few days' time, and as I am going through the checkout process I find you have to give driver's license no. or passport no. for ID. I have neither, so could not buy the phone from them.

My entire internet went down and is broken. So much for a quiet time off. Back to my @Telstra prepaid data stick till the local ISP comes and repairs the damage -.-

.@Optus is down in my area. The website says it is for over a week that they will be working on it. Using @Telstra for internet.

fibre is installed but now I play the waiting game until it’s active on Telstra’s end… fingers crossed I don’t get another “0.032Mbps down/up” scenario like the last time I dealt with this 🙏

Hey @Telstra , is there anyway of speaking to a live customer services person ? I have been having troubles for weeks without a resolution, now my home phone is not working (not becos of weather issues).

Sigh only info I can get is that there is an "unplanned outage" in part of #Hornsby for #telstra

Reported internet outage 4/9. #Telstra estimated fix 7pm tonight. Now outage website says 16/9. Absolute disgrace. I've lost working days and am unable to use online communication. I live in Hobart. Imagine if Melbourne or Syd lost internet for even a day. Shame on you Telstra.

Is Telstra intentionally slowing down the internet so people can not receive information? I'd say yes.

So our Internet was fine. 2weeks ago it's upgraded new wireless antenna. Since then, drops out speed down 1/2. Started msg via @Telstra app at 11am, drive to town see @telstra shop can't help. Only just finished on msg, problem not fixed. Starlink come at me on Monday!
