I'll never forget the 2017 AWS S3 outage...it's only then that I realized just how centralized the entire internet is. Even better, the 🟢🟡🔴 icons on the AWS status page didn't work, because the images were – wait for it – hosted on S3 😅

It's my first time working with @SST_dev (using Ion) and @PulumiCorp today. The docs was incredibly helpful, the error message is intuitive and I have never thought working with AWS through code is this much simple.

I've been using #aws for 10 years, and as time goes on, the service seems to work less and less for me. After waiting 30 minutes for a new EBS server to launch, I got an error, even though it's supposed to be a sample application.

When AWS goes down, it takes a large portion of the Internet with it. Everyone noticed that downtime, but with Azure, it is like whatever. Nobody cares. No national headlines. The scale at which AWS operates is mind-blowing.

Update to the Amazon AWS issue... it was resolved very quickly within 15 minutes and all systems have been doing well since.

One region on our Amazon AWS servers are having some connection issues. Some may have trouble connecting to Maintenance Care this morning, we are monitoring the situation closely.

When I deploy the remix starter to aws w/ sst and go to the cloudfront url the page flashes up then goes blank with hydration errors. I tried disabling all browser extensions and using another browser. Anyone know what's going on? @thdxr @ryanflorence
