Yo,@unifi my wifi box has been down for 1 hours, and the LOS light has been flashing red light the hold time. Try closing the switch and opening back up nothing happen, still the same. I got work to do so, hurry up mf.

Worst customer support ever by @ACTFibernetHYD, when a customer raises a service request that internet is not working they simply don't bother to resolve the issue, some one came checked saying power to the box is disconnected and went away. Such a horrible way experience! ByeAct

Hey @AvantiWestCoast You need to add an NA box to your survey for when trains don't run, as it's impossible to score the train, staff, facilities etc if you never travelled. Ended up putting zero, which is unfair and will drag down scores, but no other option 🫤
