Rogers internet died on me 5mins before a big presentation today... Been a custy for 15 years, but have had a few big outages. This instance the 50mb/s upload is what messed with things I think. Is switching to Bell the only stable/reasonable option?

Anyone else having issues with #Rogers or #Fido in southern Ontario? Messages not going through, calls not completing? Account isn't suspended, but all devices we've tried are out.

Currently tethering off of my fiancé’s phone which is on the @FreedomMobile network. @Bell_Support @TELUSsupport seem to not be sending any updates for their current outage in Oshawa. Becuase you know .. it’s Oshawa @Rogers @FreedomMobile you May be getting new customers soon.

So I have to cancel the rest of the stream tonight, my @Rogers internet is borking out again. I have only 10% of my upload speed and my latency is through the roof. This was the issue I was having years ago, which took like 18 months to fix - hope it's not back...

Rogers is going to drive me ******* insane. I finally had internet issues resolved in September, but now they've just gotten worse and worse since February. 20 outages in the last few hours, **** must be held together with duct tape at this trash company.

The mystery deepens. The audio on NFL Network is fine if you watch NFL Network off Rogers Ignite app, but is not working off my TV with Rogers Ignite cable.

Way to go @Rogers. Yet another service outage. EVERY SINGLE DAY! This time just as the @MapleLeafs game is starting. This happens every single day! Get your wires out of the trees and start providing the service we over-pay for. Just the worst service ever.

If you don’t need to switch over to #ignitecable #rogers don’t bother. If your internet goes down, your cable tv does not work. The setup for one of my tv’s does not work & I am still waiting for a resolution. Worst product ever.

Our internet landline has been down since yesterday (Saturday) afternoon, @RogersHelps. I've been using lots of data, which is very inconvenient, searching for updates. It's now 24 hours later & still no resolution. Might it be prudent to communicate with your users who reported?

Signed up with @RogersHelps in mid March. I’ve had many notifications since stating WiFi connection dropped. Never happened before with Fido and I was with them before. Is it a modem issue? @Rogers

not really about the internet issue that was partly resolved, it's the fact that one of your technicians just left without any communication, after they said they were just going to get something then come right back @RogersHelps
