My internet has been down in SE Calgary since last night. And no relief in sight. Can't do any work. Customer service said just wait. Another reason to leave @TELUS @TELUSsupport . Tired of this garbage service.

Frick @telus, powers out & relying on data but now data flashing in/out & i cant check outage map. For what i pay its total bs. Phone says cause i left home? Ummm no, wtf is point of data if it crashes when need it most?

Complete disaster trying to deal with @TELUS customer support. 90 mins on the phone and the systems are down. Offers are terrible unless you are a new customer. It's almost like they want you to go to the competition.

Dear @TELUS @TELUSsupport I'm on day 4 of failing service on ticket 1159228. More issues now cropping up. TV not working, internet a mess. Your promises have not happened and your callbacks not made. There are other companies that can provide TV Internet and Security to me.
