I wondered why everything was quiet, our @TELUSsupport landline has been down for 2 days and with no ETA for a fix. If the Telus cell coverage here wasn't so bad I would drop it. Its quite amusing that I get better signal in the Mojave desert than Surrey BC.

WTF @Rogers I haven’t had a cellular network outage since…. The last time I was with Rogers…. Not one…. For years. I switched to @Rogers today from @TELUS, because no one had any good deals…. Well…. I’m currently experiencing a network outage with Rogers... I give up.

Hands down, @telus @TELUSsupport has the ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service. Can't even order anything online without them insisting you call them so you can wait on hold for 1 hr. @FreedomMobile has LIVE C/S via iMessage and @WhatsApp. None of this AI BOT BS!!
