Amazing @TELUSsupport spend 45 minutes on hold for internet outage only to get dropped when I finally get through to an agent after two questions only to then have a message pop up saying I need to connect to the internet!!!!🤬 #makeitmakesense

Hey @TELUSsupport who do I call when a fire panel phone line isn't sending signals because I've been transferred about 5 times to different departments and no one seems to be able to help. This is a security issue and I'm getting increasingly frustrated

My internet is down again. Telus will be out in the morning.

Now onto week two of my texts not working properly with @TELUSsupport. Still no solutions

Hey @TELUSsupport , no internet since about 1430 (according to my alarm system) in South Surrey. Any idea what's going on, and when itll be fixed? And yes, I've rebooted my router....

Hey @TelusBusiness @TelusSupport, 2 major outages in our Telus Business Connect VOIP service on April 12 & May 20. We need answers on the cause, resolution steps, and reliability. Plus, please set up outage notifications and functional call forwarding options during outages.

I was thinking of cheering on Edmonton tonight, but thanks to a @TELUS issue we can’t watch the game. Thanks for helping my temptations to cheer for someone other than the Flames.

. @TELUSsupport not happy. Had Telus fibre for 2 weeks and it’s been a big problem. Can’t even get the channels we signed up for. And paid for!!! Took 24 hours to get phone support. Now what? Big pain!!

Currently tethering off of my fiancé’s phone which is on the @FreedomMobile network. @Bell_Support @TELUSsupport seem to not be sending any updates for their current outage in Oshawa. Becuase you know .. it’s Oshawa @Rogers @FreedomMobile you May be getting new customers soon.

You would think that when your home ISP goes down, you can tether off of your cellular device which is a separate company … unfortunately they do share their network traffic … time to Move on from @Bell_Support and @TELUSsupport

After watching YouTube- returning back to cable. No sound. Not the first time we’ve encountered this issue. Have unplugged and plugged box in twice. Still no sound. Help! @TELUSsupport

Hey @telus do you know how difficult it is to run a business with no internet? I’m sure the folks at @Starlink understand. Hmm, what to do.

I hope it's my modem, if not I'm am gonna cancel my services @TELUSsupport especially nothing hasn't changed for my internet to slow down... time to look at other internet providers as backups. Considering starlink how's the speeds?

It's funny, @TELUSsupport @TELUS home issues impossible to talk to a live operator, say business account, talked to Nolan in 20 secs. Asked for operator ID so I can record whom I am talking too, not allowed but they can know every living thing about you.
