Sigh… this is the 2nd day @TELUSsupport internet is down. I have a singing assignment to finish and upload by tomorrow, but I can’t complete it without internet. I’d try to use a hotspot from my phone, but I’ve ever gotten 1 bar of cell service since moving here 4 years ago.

So during the @telus outage last week I was able to finally book my neurologist appointment for november (waited for 8 months for that call almost missed it). Hopefully i can get answers and be cleared to travel again... I just wanna go to montreal to see the @CanadiensMTL again

My Internet is not working, to lodge complaint, was put on hold for 52 minutes, then call was disconnected. Cannot dare to call again, such a pathetic and anti customer service. Left with no alternative but to move account. #telus

TELUS SUCKS!! Don’t do business with them. The internet is down again and they will make us wait twenty days for a technician. The mobile phones are leased. They didn’t mention that while tricking us into new contracts. Very sneaky company.

Well @koodo I really hope your parent company @telus is going to credit everybody who's in the outage zone in #Edmonton where all the data we have to use all day because we have no internet and for the prices we have to pay for the sucky service it better be worthwhile.

Don’t really understand how @TELUS @TELUSsupport goes up in price every year but their service goes down. Can barely understand anyone on the phone after bypassing their annoying AI. Need more basic options for internet. I don’t need unlimited data, I need to not pay $120 for it
