ATTN: Reports of a power outage affecting the #Central Subway. We are arranging bus shuttles to provide svc btwn Chinatown & 4th/King. The 30 & 45 buses may also be used for travel btwn Caltrain & Chinatown.
There is currently no sign of a Caltrain outage.
We also haven't observed any incidents recently.
Caltrain is a commuter train service that operates in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. It runs along the San Francisco Peninsula, connecting San Francisco with various cities down to Gilroy. Caltrain is primarily used by commuters traveling to and from the city for work, school, or other purposes

BREAKING: A tanker truck crash on U.S. HWY 101 in South SF caused a fuel spill & power outage. 3 lanes are blocked, & Caltrain power is down from SF to South SF.

Caltrain was pretty unprepared for a power outage on its first workday of electric service. You hear about this here but not on the other site.

This new Caltrain is supposed to be fast, yes, but I’d rather have a Caltrain to get onto that’s slow than no Caltrain at all because of a power outage 😭@Caltrain

After today I’m convinced the @Caltrain dispatch room is full of a bunch of dumbasses. Why you would let 411 back in front of 709 just to slow the whole **** northbound line down again is beyond me
