@AlaskaAir On one device I had 8.9 (phone) other device I had 8.7 (tablet). It’s working now most have been some sort of outage or connectivity issue.

Looks like @AlaskaAir needs a new IT team with the outage! What a nightmare in Seattle! A disgusting city to begin with is even worse today. The only thing consistent and reliable at @flySEA is the bad lounge food day after day!

It looks like @AlaskaAir need to get a new computer system. This is the 2nd time this year a ground stop was issued because of an IT outage.

If I had a nickel for every time there was an IT outage when I’m trying to make a quick flight on @AlaskaAir to California, I’d have 2 nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird it happened twice!

20 hours into our return from Milan and of course @AlaskaAir has an IT outage. I can’t really knock them since their customer service has been so great to us for over a decade, but sheesh 40 mins from SeaTac and now we get diverted to Boise for *** knows how long.
