Looks like @AlaskaAir needs a new IT team with the outage! What a nightmare in Seattle! A disgusting city to begin with is even worse today. The only thing consistent and reliable at @flySEA is the bad lounge food day after day!

It looks like @AlaskaAir need to get a new computer system. This is the 2nd time this year a ground stop was issued because of an IT outage.

If I had a nickel for every time there was an IT outage when I’m trying to make a quick flight on @AlaskaAir to California, I’d have 2 nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird it happened twice!

20 hours into our return from Milan and of course @AlaskaAir has an IT outage. I can’t really knock them since their customer service has been so great to us for over a decade, but sheesh 40 mins from SeaTac and now we get diverted to Boise for *** knows how long.

not only is @AlaskaAir 's website having some sort of outage right now, it is consistently one of the worst I've used when it comes to buying flights. only been an issue after the recent redesign. giving me a flight different than the one I clicked on is... interesting!
