Dear @AlaskaAir how long is the system gonna be down? I'm tryna book a flight to Dublin, Ireland, but the phone app and website are both giving error messages, and I don't wanna fly with anyone else. Any word???

Huh. @AlaskaAir flight 1226 from SEA-SJC was canceled this morning with only 4 hours notice. This was supposed to be a day trip down, getting me there at 9 am. The auto-booked replacement trip would have put me there at 6 pm instead. How is that helpful?? 😕

Can someone check on @AlaskaAir to make sure they are doing OK? First we get an email that their baggage system is down. And now they say there is no WiFi on their planes. What is happening??

On an @AlaskaAir @Boeing 737-800 flight from PDX - AUS and apparently the steering wheel is locked and the pilot couldn’t fix it himself? So now a mechanic is working on the plane while we are all seated on the tarmac? 🫣 feeling real confident about this flight…

Every year I try to sign up for @AlaskaAir and every year I get the same error. Gotta love the consistency. This literally has not changed for years. The user friendly error message is also impressive. Good job, @AlaskaAir!

Hey @AlaskaAir , are you experiencing issues with the interface between your app and the Airside app? Doesn’t appear to be seamless or customer friendly.
