DO NOT USE @CapitalOne TRAVEL 🧵 due to a *confirmed* glitch in their website, the dates for the hotel i was booking switched when i got to the confirmation page to dates i had searched for earlier in the day. i immediately called them after my conf. page had the wrong dates.

Just got double charged for wings on my credit card and my regular card but it was cause it said it was declined on my CC on the website but I just got a notification it went through on my capital one 💀 so now I’m down $150

It appears @capitalone in retaliation for my posts and attempt to get answers have decreased one of my other accounts unassociated with the account in question. I paid this account off fully with zero issues yet my account limit was reduced from $5000 to $500 with no notification or reason.
