Directv not working. Trued running diagnostic. But that coukd not be done. Tried this 5x. Trued restarting. Nothing is working. Saying ni internet connection. I go to settings and, to me, it loks like I have internet. Just saw a comment from 9 days ago in dallas "on a loop. Saying the same thing". Perfect description. I hope i get pro-rated for this down tme. Give me a credit for this BO service
