So @sweatybetty at it again with no idea when a delivery is coming (7 days and counting) as it says awaiting courier FEDex to pick up. Customer service not able to answer on live chat or left in queue,then never answered or shut down. Your stuff is great but service is not.

After my recent dealings with @FedEx, I’m genuinely disappointed in what customer service and support have become. Prices keep going up, yet the quality of service keeps going down. When did this become the new norm—and why have we, as consumers, accepted it? #FedEx

hey @FedExHelp you customer service line is anything but. My problem is your driver took pics of my package sitting on the floor of his truck and said they are delivered when he hasn’t even driven down my street today.

A month ago I fixed my FedEx truck clock to be 20 minutes down to the exact second faster than my Apple Watch. I looked at it today and my Apple Watch was 2 minutes faster than what I originally put it at. Do with that info what you will

Hey @FedEx @FedExHelp what the **** seems to be the problem. Every **** day my package gets delayed. 7 days so far to get from Georgia to Florida. Are all your trucks broke down? You service is a complete dumpster fire. Don’t tell me to DM YOU CAUSE YOU HAVENT ANSWERED me!!!

My merch is lost because @FedEx drivers mark packages as delivered, the photo has someone ELSE’S package next to mine, and it was not left anywhere around or near my house!!!! Now I have to spend who knows how many days contacting @UMG and @taylornation13 to track down my stuff!

I have had 3 USA-> Canada @FedEx packages delayed (1-3 days) this week. I just called and they are blaming the delays on a @CBSANOR system outage. Same outage that impacted Canada bound trucks. Fedex should let shippers know before they send packages.

Incredibly bad customer service from @fedex. Delivered package to wrong address (completely different street name) then refused to pick it back up. Flagged down a driver who took it but then it was redelivered back to me.

Hey @FedExHelp these are the steps I have tried to file a claim for my misdelivered shipment: 1) sent info via DM 2) tried to call and put in a claim but system won’t allow me to talk to a human 3) tried to file a claim on the app and it’s not working. PLEASE HELP!

Hey @FedExHelp Is there any customer support without having to call on the phone? Thursday they couldn't find my house (which is not hard) and today, delivered one of my two packages to someone else down the street and said I signed for it (no one was home there either)

Not a day goes by at work that I don’t miss the old @FedEx shipping portal. I’m so tired of the new portal not working or not saving information that I need to type in EVERY DAY. Information that the old system saved perfectly.

Fedex is the worst ******* delivery service out there. Hands down holy **** why does @Gamestop use them.
