Apparently EE has problems with a load of it's SIM cards not working properly today. Wonderful!

Is there any issues at present with your network @EE I have been attempting to activate my eSIM on my upgrade and every time it says its sending a text to my number nothing happens. Just worried that can't activate and handset return is due soon

Just renewed my Broadband, goodbye BT, Hello New EE, I know, same company but got a brand new EE Smart Hub & Wi - Fi extender. Same speed 900mb down, have to wait a while before I switch to EE tv & mobile due to other contracts still running.

Hi, my ee mobile signal has been down for over 24hrs & now the app says its updating so I can't get into that either?

Broadband down again with @bt_uk and all you hear are ads about super strength EE broadband from BT …

EE is currently down in the Chester area, no internet connection on the network radio (Zello)..

So I found out today that I can watch TV from EE via an Apple TV Went online to view packages, and constant website errors, then thought why not call, 30 min wait! No thanks. @EE @MarcAllera

"Plusnet Mobile" is no longer operational. Plusnet only does Broadband now. I tried to transfer my old number over to EE, but I couldn't get the PAC code to work. Now it's closed down, I can't get another. So, those who know me will receive my new number soon. 😬🫤

On the left is @VodafoneUK / @VOXImobile on the right is @EE, reported signal issues at home and work multiple times but was told there's no issues. Been with EE since 2012 and had no loyalty or the service never got any better but the prices kept going up... goodbye @EE

How things work. I tell @EE I'm leaving as their reception has been diabolical for years (pre WiFi Calling they even provided a free boost box to get a signal) they've checked, told me that there's no problem & suggest I turn my phone off and on 😂. Absolute Muppets

Anyone else having broadband issues in West Hampstead? I’m with @EE which I believe comes through a @bt_uk line. EE have said they can send someone Monday, not helpful when I am trying to work from home

Done an iOS update on the 5th April so that I could pair my iPhone with my Apple Watch. I’ve since not been able to use iMessage and when calling @EE and @Apple both just pass the blame for my SIM not being associated with an Apple Device.

Imagine you have WFH day, champions league match and new @PlayOverwatch season you’ve been looking for all week BUT broadband is down since morning. @EE provider tells you wait two days for a fix… Poor service for sure.

Hi @EE, my broadband package includes a 12-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but the activation link errors out as shown in the screenshot. Many users report the same. Can you activate the add-on or send a code directly? Thanks!

I love that since ringing @ee to cancel our home broadband it has been down on average once per day.
