Three outage again, looks like I will be popping up to my local EE store to get a SIM and ******* the three one into the bin, I guess that with their merger with Vodafone they are shutting down masts that duplicate with the three ones but ****** it up n cut them off

EE is down where i am yet again google maps have added the back of my house/the private yard area at the back of the houses where i am+its given the location a name ive never heard of before?? im off work thanks to suspected EDS and being in a&e for 10 hours the other day

Anyone else having trouble with broadband @EE tonight?? Past few hours it’s saying internet is fine but it’s not working for tv or anything else? Comes back for a bit but has gone again! Can’t speak to anyone cause they are closed

Is the @EE app down? My phone will not let me make calls and I can't get help from the company as I can't call them. Their automated help line keeps telling me to call 150, how can I if the phone will not process the call? Absolute pants.

.@EE I'm tired of your connections going down, the service has been going down in the borders and it's gotten to the point that the router is not reliable, sort your **** out or I'll switch to another broadband company, thanks

Phoned @EE told them that my phone I've had for 5/6 years is not working , can't charge it, said they cant do anything till next upgrade in November & pretty much told me to get pay as u go till then,when I said Id get Tesco pay as u go,was told that best option,sounds odd to me

Tell you what is fun, when the #vodafonebroadband goes down, again! Friday and today sort it out @VodafoneUK Can’t even use my phone as a hotspot because I’m with @EE and don’t get a signal unless I have wifi calling on 🤦🏻‍♂️

Hi @EE is there a problem with fiber broadband in the s41 area as well have not had any since 1pm yesterday and there's no way of us finding out if there's a problem because your service outage page does not work?

Hi @EE Been a customer since before you existed: Orange in 1995, a company that offered proper customer service unlike you. Changed my address. I’ve had a text saying I’ve changed my password and to ring you on 150 if it wasn’t me. It wasn’t. 150 process not working. Help!!

Bt EE service is absolutely ****. Outreach fibre down for over 24hts on Thursday/Friday and now no email!!
