How can they say it's working normally when we have had no signal at all for 36 hours at least. And phoning achieved exactly nothing.

Phoning from the landline as suggested gets you someone who can only talk about your account or your phone, and has no access to signal status. The first time I phoned they said I should have a signal. i KNOW that. Then said someone would phone me back in 10 minutes. 6 hours later - nothing and still no signal near Alston - well over 24 hours now.

Engineers don’t look into issues and customer service are worse mad you feel like your the only one but look online loads of complaints

Poor signal says 5 g but checked speeds it’s under 10 Mbps that’s not 5 g along with signal dips every hour
