First year I didn’t upgrade my iPhone. I still have the option to but the pricing of EE now means it’s out of my budget, even with discounts. So I’m going to wind the contract down and just go on a sim only plan with the cheapest provider with my current handset.

WN2 area phone signal & wifi down?! 😤 EE!!! Sat in my car driving round for a signal in my jarmas just to ring them! Saying theyre waiting on council permits to access the Mast… is that a load of rubbish or a real reason for it being down alllll day!? 12hrs now @EE

Day 3 of no mains power and piggy backing on to EE network as mine, Voda is down too. This is getting ridiculous. I am lucky as we have battery storage and log burners and our freezers are still ok. Some not so fortunate 😞 #stormèowyn

Internet going down again from Tuesday-Thursday due to another load of wind because @EE and @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport masts can't usually handle anything over 30kmh 🙄

On December 9th my internet and phone line went down. Broadband out for 7 days and no phone line for 18 days. Now seeking compensation from @EE which is supposedly automatic. Dealings with the call centre has been so frustrating. Very little info and much of it misleading.

The other brain drain going on now is in mechanical engineering, not just EE. Everything has been outsourced out of necessity. Not enough engineers to do the work. The responsibility has been kicked down the chain. OEM kicks can to T1, T1 kicks it to T2.

It's extremely frustrating that @EE is down again! This is the 4th time in as many months. If you can't provide a service you should offer the next best signal! Not leave customers without reception!!

If you think about getting @EE broadband please go to a different provider. @EE broadband goes down at least once a day and every Sunday for the last 6months it’s a joke even the phone line goes down. Can’t even get through to them on a mobile #EE #of-com

Why is the @EE phone helpline not working?

My @BT broadband, rebranded as @EE but still utterly ****, is down. Again. It comes alive for five minutes here and there, just to get them through a no compensation loophole, but you’d be better off signing up to a carrier pigeon. Truly useless, on every possible level.

Does @EE have the best signal because no one can report problems via the web form. I keep getting told the service is unavailable. #network outage tool broken

hey @EE its a good idea that when you are offering tv and broadband deals that your site doesn't go down as I'm headed to checkout. Not a great start eh!
