Is EE down? ❌

Mass data outage for BT and EE customers since about 8:15 this morning and they are suggesting putting it on aeroplane mode and off again as a solution ffs 🙄

So it looks like our Internet will be going down on Saturday and Sunday if there's a little wind... as the @EE and @ThreeUK mast in my area doesn't like even the smallest of gusts... 🙄 you would have thought in 2024 they'd be able to handle 30kmh+ winds lol (estimated)...

Now I've been switched to digital voice by @bt_uk @ee replacing my landline I now have no means of making a call during an emergency should Internet go down. Progress, eh?🤔

since my internets been down all day, its given me the opportunity to edit down more videos ive haven’t been getting to simply bc BO6 is so fun 😂 think it’ll be 3, Nebula Full Unlock, Master Prestige Unlock, and highlights of Terminus EE i’ll space em out over the next days

People use social media often to kick off on companies, tagging them to get a response. Only fair you call out class too. @EE are simply the best brand for customer service hands down. Everytime I speak to them the people are class!!

The Sky Go app on iPad is by a long distance the worst streaming app of any broadcaster, crashing or freezing or dropping off regularly (and blaming my WiFi even though all other apps stream uninterrupted). If it lets me down tonight, I’m going to @EE. #USAElections

Hi @EE - yesterday evening we were impacted by a power outage. It affected a vast area & we noticed we had no signal whatsoever (our phones said 4G & 5G). We couldn’t check to see why the power went & @UKPowerNetworks had issued updates. What happens in cases like this?

Why is it not possible to speak to a person from #EE they had a planned outage yesterday but failed to notify us when you call you get a bot which is no help at all ?!!!

Hey @EE How about you fix your WiFi 6 router before trying to sell me a 7 router. Packet loss of 4 to 9%, handoff between hub and disk not working and reduced speeds compared to my RTAX82U router. Its packet loss never exceeds 1% too.

EE down all day (again). It's getting wearisome now.

Just spent an hour on the phone to @EE to cancel my broadband for them to say it doesn't exist then put the phone down. Bet they'd quickly find it if I stopped paying for it.

Thank *** @EE has brilliant 5G service in Ponty, using my hotspot for my PS5 as Virgin WiFi has been down for 24 hours 😅🫠

Keeping my word and not turning off the stream, but my body is shutting down from lack of sleep 😭 So we’re taking a few hour break for a power nap! I will be back in the game at around 4 EST. Diamond ARs | Prestige 1 | Terminus EE will all be done before the stream turns off!

One thing that lets @EE down is their really terrible website, everytime I log in it's just awful

My @EE network has been down since 8am this morning and several family members of mine with EE are also having the same problem. When will you fix this problem @EE?

EE mobile service in N E Essex has outage problems. If you can use wifi calling or What’s App to manage connectivity

EE’s website magically not working at checkout after I said no to all the add-one is peak consumerism

FFS both @EE broadband and mobile down at home. 2pm fix. Presenting to 100+ people this am. Now having to go into the office (an hour away) just for data. Day ruined.

EE WiFi is ******* appalling. A forced switchover, from ever-so more reliable BT. EE goes down 4 of 5 times a day now and their customer service is nuclear-level disastrous. AVOID

When @EE's app chat goes down in the middle of an upgrade conversation, it appears they then block the ability to just upgrade on said app or website and you have to call. I don't have time for your games @EE. I've been a customer for 10 years but now you've peed me right off 🤣

I can’t do EE anymore because why is my signal just not working??? I’m hardly in the middle of nowhere 😩😩😩
