Hello @HSBC_UK are your phone lines down? Just called and the automated message told me the office was closed and open 8-8 Monday - Sunday. It’s just gone 7pm

Disgusting service by @HSBC @HSBC_IN I requested for Addon Card to get lounge access as it was told to me when I was getting my primary card ,all the services will be same for Addon Card as primary but lounge access was not working on this addon card .Worst customer service

@HSBC_UK is your mobile banking app down , I have been trying to open it for three hours

First month with @NatWest_Help payday comes and can't access any of my money to pay the bills, app is down, desktop is down. Yeah I think il stick to @HSBC_UK after all 🤦🏻‍♀️

Is the @HSBC_UK app down a lot or is it something to do with me being abroad? Feels like every other day the service in temporarily unavailable.

@HSBC_UK hi I'm trying to complete an online payment but the authentication is coming back as failed. Saying can't provide a one time pass code as contact details are incorrect. They are correct and up to date in my app. Any ideas on the issue?

Anyone else having problems with @HSBC_UK ? Their so called ‘customer service’ is about as helpful as a **** in a spacesuit!!!
