Disgusting service by @HSBC @HSBC_IN I requested for Addon Card to get lounge access as it was told to me when I was getting my primary card ,all the services will be same for Addon Card as primary but lounge access was not working on this addon card .Worst customer service

First month with @NatWest_Help payday comes and can't access any of my money to pay the bills, app is down, desktop is down. Yeah I think il stick to @HSBC_UK after all 🤦🏻‍♀️

@HSBC_UK hi I'm trying to complete an online payment but the authentication is coming back as failed. Saying can't provide a one time pass code as contact details are incorrect. They are correct and up to date in my app. Any ideas on the issue?
