Let down again by @sainsburys useless Smart Shop App. Get to the end of my shopping (£120) and the last items won’t populate in the App. Is it useless @O2 three-bar 3G signal in there? The useless @o2 WiFi? I don’t know. Had to unpack whole trolley and put through manually.

Annoyed at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 once again - redeemed my voucher for a free sweet treat, got to till and lo and behold, not working. No explanation as to why, just a flat out refusal. No apps working, they said. 🤷‍♂️

Day 9 of my sim card not working @O2 never ever ever migrate your number from one sim to another sim including within the sake network. It doesn't end well.

Usually vibing with @O2 customer service but getting no where from 6pm-10pm was not fun and also they cancelled my order? So now I’m an oculus down and deeply saddened :( #disheartened

Why is data not working on o2 all of a sudden I have 5G and 3 to 4 bars of signal it should be working and loading not spinning in circles and not working on anything is there an issue on the network?

Looked like the O2 site was working again then, but then I couldn't use Switch Up & now it's back down! Tried calling and it seems its a whole system wide issue - absolute carnage.

Bought a new phone from @O2 three days ago. New eSIM is still not working and they’ve just turned my old sim off. With two trips to an O2 store and still no resolution. Absolutely atrocious.

The @o2 store couldn’t do anything because the “system was down” so I’ve travelled to town for…. Nothing!?

been on O2 for just 2 weeks and theres been 2 huge internet outages already lol !!! at least i have phone data now but it went down so hard i could only do emergency calls for an hour

So with all this warehouse **** @O2 has been dealing with delaying my phone. The phone has now arrived and your click and collect system is down. I mean @O2 how do you even function as a company?

O2 network completely down

Spend over £60 a month on my o2 contract. My home broadband goes down no problem I’ll use my data plan. Except I can’t as @o2 seem to be having issues. Had to go and get a pay as you go sim for another network. Ridiculous letting me down again.

2 phone calls today one promising they’ll get my £273 #O2 phone bill down to £140 p/m. The other are calling all tenants to get work done on the property. They can’t tell me the work or the address. Yeah bye

Don’t use @skytv for broadband. Currently been down for over a day. No data either thanks for @O2. Sky say you have to log complaint with them to get compensation but that page doesn’t work and you have to be online to access it. Oh the irony!

Worse thing about the internet being down is using o2's 4/5G so slow or doesn't do anything 🙄

@ogi_wales having problems with internet. Mine has been down since early this morning. Having to rely on O2 mobile as a fallback solution. I’m stuck in a contract until December.

Is it just me or the network in Edinburgh is messy in general? I was here in December and I had issues then and the same thing is happening right now. I have an O2 sim so maybe that’s why?

So often my phone is displaying at least 2 bars of 4G, yet I don’t seem to have any/consistant mobile internet. Is this an issue with my iPhone, or O2’s coverage?

More issues with @O2. Completely locked out of My O2 app and website. When requesting a new password it doesn’t even send me an email. Fourth time trying today.
