Terrible service from @O2 phone masts for basically all postcodes in London are down and they've made no public announcement, no apologies, have given zero updates and customer service can't estimate a time frame. Zero service or signal.

Anyone else noticed the connection quality of @O2 has gone right down hill this year? What happened to O2 this year to make it go so pants? Almost as bad as my Dad's old NTL Internet connection back in the day where the rain could only go one way else no net!

O2 is really ****** operator. They need to up their game. First shut down 3G completely in all europe. Then move all their customers to esim including business customers. Roll out 5g network more agressively

When your @virginmedia WiFi is down and you can’t find out why cos your @O2 mobile reception is so poor. And you can’t go anywhere because @KentHighways and @NationalHways have created gridlock outside your front door. Happy Saturday @TomTugendhat - issues close to your heart.
