O2 is really ****** operator. They need to up their game. First shut down 3G completely in all europe. Then move all their customers to esim including business customers. Roll out 5g network more agressively

When your @virginmedia WiFi is down and you can’t find out why cos your @O2 mobile reception is so poor. And you can’t go anywhere because @KentHighways and @NationalHways have created gridlock outside your front door.

Lost the landline as part of the PSTN shutdown when we changed broadband supplier and, since last night at least, Smarty (Three) mobile network is down in this area (known issue). Not great if we need to call 999! - deliberately we also have mobile phones on (O2) network.

My network provider is @EE (supposed to be the best) when I get into city centre Manchester it's absolutely shocking. I'm working on the towers they have basements go down to B1 no signal yet 2 of the lads 1 on @O2 the other one @VodafoneUK can go to B2 still get a signal. Smart

The absolutely useless @O2 network went down at about 9.30 am today and has only returned spasmodically. How a network can be off then on and a minute later be off again is beyond me. This has been its capability all day. My advice never ever sign up to O2 for your phone network.

Ridiculously bad service from @O2 they spent the entire later half of the day claiming that the network issue was resolved. They pay no heed to the multiple complaints of no network. Gaslighting everyone. And now it shows that the mast is down again
