Is plusnet down again? 🙄

So Plusnet's services have been down for about an hour and a half now and still not a single word on any social media site. Good ******* job guys, good ******* job

20 days now with no WiFi is unacceptable in 2024! Major outage was blamed, initially thought that was fair. Constantly being fobbed off by @Plusnet no backup provided, no compensation and we must pay to leave our contract early! Absolute joke!

Like clockwork, @Plusnet goes down again. It's been every 8 days for the last 16, it drops out. Went down the 8th for 3 days. 16th for 2 days. And now the 24th, will it continue the pattern and be down for 1? Who knows.

Anyone having issues with @Plusnet broadband going down? BN2 area

#PlusnetBroadband #Plusnet. Internet down last night, phoned Plusnet, auto responce, press 1 for etc. Press 2 and we will call you back - and they did! No flannel, no high expectations just what is causing it & a time when it should be back on. He was right. Thank you @Plusnet

having problems tonight @plusnet? My broadband has been down since 19:15

.@Plusnet broadband down for me completely now. Having to rely on mobile data. New hub arriving in a couple of days, but I think it’s more line/connection fault No issues previously.

Had Openreach out 3 times to fix my broadband from PlusNet and down again, what **** companies they are

So having trouble breathing coughing like mad thought I’d kill time watch something- my @ThreeUK mobile reception atrocious and the @plusnethelp WiFi is super slow down, that happens every time I’m up late. It cannot be a coincidence! I live only 200 yards from the exchange!

Is anyone else's @Plusnet broadband down?

I'm going into my second week without any internet connection because I renewed a contract with @plusnet. I don't know about anyone else but I've felt very let down. Thank Goodness for public libraries, in more ways than one - always a vital service.

Are @Plusnet mail servers and website down... or is it just me? No broadband issues, but can't reach any of your services.

@Plusnet Home wifi completely down, reporting fault by text not working for me for some reason, cannot speak to a human being until tomorrow morning. Terrible service!

There won't be an episode of The Week that was this weekend. No internet access. @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach are presently blaming each other. The problem isn't solved and technicians are not back until Monday. Can't upload anything, so not much point making an episode.

sorry, you send out an engineer to fix SLOW wifi, they then break the wiring and then leave without saying anything and leave me with NO wifi??? no apology or any solution other than sorry you now have no wifi until we can get an engineer on Friday??? surely not? @Plusnet

People reporting #plusnet issues from 4am today… mines been dire all week. Speed tests have all said 79mb download yet everything failing to open or even load. Thankfully I have unlimited tethering to my mobile service or I’d never have been able to run my business this week.

Looks like plusnet have major service outage. I'm connected to plusnet, but plusney is not connected to the Internet. It would be interesting to know if it is a wider openreach problem.

There's something uniquely frustrating about a broadband provider that doesn't proactively alert customers to problems eg on here, on their website etc. "We're aware of a situation but aren't going to tell anyone unless they ask" is *terrible* customer service @Plusnet

Still radio silence from @Plusnet. I’m amazed how such a major outage can play out with zero proactive customer engagement.

ANOTHER outage this morning, 4 hours and counting. Radio silence from @Plusnet on my previous query (Ticket: 241287619). Perhaps @bt_uk can shed some light on this ongoing issue? Or is it time to go to @ofcom?
