Third day in a row 4.30 internet down! @TalkTalk Can’t face the hours of chat and calls again for a third night in a row! 50 mins calls with no resolution! Chat as helpful as a death music conductor! #FedUp

Nobody ever get @TalkTalk installed. Auntie has been missold a package and been trying to sort for a week. Got so far and they put the phone down and you have to start again. Tried to speak to their complaints and they say no. Awful company and awful attitudes. Disgraceful.

Internet is down again c'mon @TalkTalk get it sorted 😠 That's 3 times in as many weeks think I'm gonna have to change supplier..

TalkTalk wifi not working Again. Gutted was In The middle of Law and Order SVU

Any one else had terrible service from @TalkTalk ? Internet down for over a week, I’ve done the “checks” 5 times. Claiming all okay but it is down. In an endless loop of not booking the @WeAreOpenreach help needed, who just need to reconnect me before full fibre is installed.

Internet was down for two hours last night and @talktalk's systems just gaslighted me, telling me everything was fine and it must be my fault. Wasn't helped by @eerosupport's router that wouldn't let any of my devices connect to WiFi whilst it was happening.

Broadband down for the fourth time in ten days...ring @TalkTalk they tell you to go online, go online and they tell you to ring. They soon answered when I rang to cancel though, funny that isn't it? Virgin media will be connected tomorrow let's hope they run a better service

Increasingly annoying trying to sign out of @talktalk online mail without launching an ad, and now the sign out option is not working. Android, Chrome.

@bt_uk the internet is completely down in postcode RH15 0. Consequently, all providers, such as Sky, EE, TalkTalk, are not providing. Is BT aware?

Yet again @talktalk is the absolute worst. 2 days having Internet issues unable to use it for hours I've used through my data. Paying for this **** is a joke!

We have been advised the issues in the Peterborough Central exchange have now been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this outage.

Ongoing landline phone problems here (out of service for nearly a week now, useless open reach and talktalk). Use the mobile number or WhatsApp for now if contact required. I am not dead.
