I can’t believe @TalkTalk have taken over £200 from my mother in laws account after a bereavement. Then the customer service manager laughed down the phone! #talktalk

So my WiFi has been down a couple days and I had to book an engineer but it’s miraculously working now so I no longer need the engineer but if I cancel it’s £75 but I can’t get through to anyone even though it says you open at 8 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 😒

Hello @TalkTalkGroup my Internet has been down since Sunday. I can only get your AI assistant and then hang on for an hour for assistance that never arrives. Can you get me back online and waive my bill? #talktalk #broadband

Any chance of an answer from @TalkTalk on why my Internet has been down all day? Can't run a connection test on the app as it says I have 2 lines or something. Can't call as it just sends me a text and cuts off

Yet another outage with my @TalkTalk broadband. This time overnight. Majorly inconvenient now I rely on charging my EV. This is ridiculous - I get the same advice on the phone about changing the position of the router which ignores the fact the router is showing solid orange.

Good old ***** @virginmedia down yet again. Surely there should be a clause regarding so many issues we can move away from this garbage company. In 20 years with sky and talktalk, I never had as much trouble as this for no internet, its shocking

Another spam call this time from 07740880590 claiming to be @TalkTalk and that I have fluctuating internet speed (all rubbish). Phone was slammed down when the first inaccuracy was highlighted.

Major outage on Wed in L30 area of Aintree, most of my estate lost Wi-Fi access due to your engineers accidentally destroying the cables underground.
@TalkTalk have said it’s out of their control when you’re coming - s’posed to be today can u confirm ? 😊

I have WiFi with TalkTalk and it’s gone down, and I e been on to them and they have made me feel it is my fault, terrible company TalkTalk

Seems like talktalk goes down around 8 to 8.30 every eveningg, or its my router. Not being able to see snookers me for diaggnostics
