So it looks like our Internet will be going down on Saturday and Sunday if there's a little wind... as the @EE and @ThreeUK mast in my area doesn't like even the smallest of gusts... 🙄 you would have thought in 2024 they'd be able to handle 30kmh+ winds lol (estimated)...

Hi @ThreeUK We've been without a signal since Sat when there was a power outage. Can't send you messages so posting here, chat is rubbish too. Status tracking just says you're working on it but it's been nearly a week. Please can I have an update. Postcode to check SN16 9BU.

What are the best phone networks bc I think after like 16 years I got to change from @ThreeUK because of this stupid 3G switch off so many people myself included now can’t call when on 4G which is funny bc it’s supposed to be 3G not working but that still is. 4G isn’t.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport when there's a major outage like one on going on with 5G broadband right now, it would be really helpful to put it on your service status page. That way I wouldn't have had to spend 2 hours of my life trying to solve a non existent problem at my end!

So having trouble breathing coughing like mad thought I’d kill time watch something- my @ThreeUK mobile reception atrocious and the @plusnethelp WiFi is super slow down, that happens every time I’m up late. It cannot be a coincidence! I live only 200 yards from the exchange!

Wow. So let me talk about this. 1) my data usage randomly runs out after 1 weeks when I never go over, I assume there is an error and contact @ThreeUK 2) they tell me online it is an error and to ignore it, I have loads of data. 3) they cut off me data Continued....
