why are virgin media so ****? @virginmedia i was due compensation for an outage i was a week and abit without wifi they said I’d get money off my bill but nothings been deducted! 🤣

Hello @virginmedia I’ve got no broadband service in PO16. Service Status sends me to call centre. That says an outage and sends me back to Services Status which is useless. What is the issue and when will it be fixed ?

I'm on the @virginmedia roundabout; 1. check online for broadband issues 2. Website bot confirms there is an outage and suggest calling 3. Call and get through to auto answer 4. They confirm there is an outage and send a text 5. Follow link in text to website... Return to 1.

Once again @virginmedia FTTP is down again in Wallasey - and no information on their website . How are people supposed to work for home on this unreliable service?

If anyone is thinking about @virginmedia for their internet provider just don’t ! This is 5th outage in month of November - they will say nothing in their side yet everyone in local area has issue

Astonishing. Internet and phone down. But @virginmedia can't create a chat bot that can help. Going round in circles. Options don't include actual problem. This is supposed to be a communications company.

Broadband down for the fourth time in ten days...ring @TalkTalk they tell you to go online, go online and they tell you to ring. They soon answered when I rang to cancel though, funny that isn't it? Virgin media will be connected tomorrow let's hope they run a better service

I’ve played the game of give details on @virginmedia DM so they can “investigate”. I know from past experiences they do little more than check outage, ignore the immense customer service failures, send a link and say powerless. I asked if the could just admit upfront. No answer😁

Now confirmed to be hitting day 11 of outage from @virginmedia without a tiny bit of an explanation as to what's going on and timescales they "expect" to fix it by just pushed back every few hours. Disgrace of a service, can't believe I stayed with them, what an idiot I am.

Yet again, my @virginmedia 360 tv service is not working……crashed saying channel failed!! Helpline closed till Monday morning, no WhatsApp service, Bot gives a link that doesn’t work and the website doesn’t even recognise its own error code!!! 🤯😤😡

Twice in one month @virginmedia has been down for over 8 hours in my area. Estimated fix time is like midnight. Absolute Joke

So virgin media internet went down in my area at 2am this morning it’s now 9:28pm still not back on. I’ve got my online college class at 9am tomorrow morning who wants to bet I still won’t have internet 😑

My wifi went down during the Joshua fight and virgin media thought I wasn’t entitled to compensation 😂😂. Now they refunded me for a fight I didn’t pay for 😂😂

Of all the nights for my TV to go down. Stuck watching BBC international and it makes the Virgin media morning show seem hard hitting. Anyone with a link for Fox, NBC, CNN, whatever I can watch here on laptop, would be more than grateful. Thanks.

Woke up to no internet at all this morning, utterly disrupted my morning routine of watching netflix, then browsing internet. Very grumpy. Meant to go down again tonight, right when I want to watch netflix! Useless Virgin media!!
