My @VodafoneUK wifi is down until atleast Tuesday, this is extremely inconvenient, my @giffgaff mobile data will be gone by then, grrrr 😡😡😡😡

So now there’s a outage ac to Vodafone and the Engineer assigned to my issue this morning, can you confirm that in BS34 area @VodafoneUK because I’m getting some very mixed up comms from yourselves.

Part 2 @VodafoneUK @CityFibre Here’s a note I’ve been keeping @isabelembo Friday 18/10 10am - Factory reset, run tests, Vodafone reported “only seeing you intermittently’ , then saying no issue. Which? Speed check: Ping 176ms, Down 975, Up 40 Totally awful. Lots more info.

Hello @VodafoneUK can you stop sending links via text messages to customers for view final bill and the whole accounts has been closed down. The links don't work because you have no account & the #Vodafone APP doesn't work when the account is closed down. Can you email the bills?

Hey @VodafoneUK, currently abroad in Denmark and my wife has today lost all data signal. Any suggestions to get this going or is there some sort of outage?

Day 3 of WiFi being down..it says the signal is there but the WiFi isn't. We've tried resetting the hub several times but no luck. Horrible when you work from home and have client emails to answer @VodafoneUK any help?

Absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK . My home internet has been down for days due to a ‘local outage’. Can’t even watch tv as I stream through my various devices. Sort it out.

Hey @VodafoneUK - there was a power outage affecting our area for a few hours today. Your mobile coverage only lasted about 30 mins before dying - meaning many people had no 999 as no home lines. What’s your base station battery capacity?

Well! That's 4 hours I won't get back again thanks to @VodafoneUK 2 hours online,third chat agent asked same questions again, I gave up in frustration. Waited 1 hour in branch to be served, 1 hour after your sales app was down and could not order! Gave up - EE got biz in 15mins!
