One of my websites is down today, so I called @GoDaddyHelp. After waiting on hold for almost 30 minutes, I got connected to a rep. Then, two minutes into the conversation, the call got disconnected. I called back. I'm now on hold again. The new estimate: 40 minutes.
Good morning and happy Saturday! In a good mood. @GoDaddy screwed up my plans and deleted my site backups causing my sites to go down. Been extremely busy and was not able to rebuild them until this weekend. Finally can say all my sites are back up and running and being hosted
GoDaddy is disorganized. My website has been down for two days, and their customer service has been completely unhelpful.
Has anyone ever sued @godaddy? Client's website was down 55 hours. Lost thousands of dollars. When @GoDaddyHelp @GoDaddy finally restored the site, the files and database were from a month prior and they could on restore any more recently. I am moving clients to another
This week I got the honor of being selected by @GoDaddy's random payment verification request. Your site gets taken down, no access to data. You upload ID and card pics, then they have between 72h and 10 days to check it while site dead. Good luck if you don't have a backup!
Just a heads up my website is down because @GoDaddy couldn’t get my e-commerce profile to link to my website and offered zero help in mitigating the issue. I switched service providers and I’m waiting to see if they will refund the money I spent on services never provided. I

Think twice before using @godaddy for your web hosting. My server has been down for days. Cannot do anything. Their chat support has crashed 4 times. Each time I have to start over with multiple validations of my identification. I am getting sick to death of the poor service

Is anyone having emails issues since last night @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp. Our emails stopped working Saturday due to @Microsoft issue then GoDaddy resolved the issue. Last night it began again and this morning emails are still not working. It’s tax season fix the issue GoDaddy!
Friend has been on hold to @GoDaddy for 6 hours because password reset not working (has access to original email): anyone know a quicker way to contact them? Maybe pinging on twitter works
I stick with @GoDaddy because they have a support line. The last time I called they kept trying to shake me down for more money … tonight when I called they say the wait time is over an hour. Looking for suggestions for a better alternative.
i’ve been a godaddy customer since ‘07 and this is prob the worst outage during that timespan.
