Is McDonalds App down?

Ordered @McDonalds and the ice cream machine was down. Told to contact customer service for a refund - customer service says to go to the store. The store once again says contact customer service because they can’t. So who’s gonna give me my refund?

Almost made the mistake of eating @McDonalds but thankfully the combo of the app not working, the employees not caring or being empowered to fix it, and the complete lack of support from franchisee and corporate saved me. Bad service saving waistlines!
