FFS the @McDonaldsUK App is not working yet again this morning, this about the 6th time in 3 weeks I not been able to earn any points & order a pickup. Unbelievable with McDonald's resources that their App is such ****.

What ever happen to @Wendys and the quality it use to have? Since covid it just hasn’t been the same. Food is so bad now and service at most locations has just gone down hill. So sad Wendy’s use to be better than McDonalds but now the roles have reversed.

I think @McDonalds needs to revisit the 15 minute cool down on using the app only deals. Just wasted time in the drive-through. Employee couldn’t find my four digit code and the apps said I had to wait 15 minutes to get a new one… I’m loving it
