I have been unable to log on since 8/31 very frustrating situation. At the least there should be some form of communication e.g. e-mail from NFCU

The log in does not load up on the website and I tried 3 different browsers

Yesterday was able to login on Google Chrome only with the assistance of customer rep. Today, nope. Blank page. Rep was not forthcoming on any information. She seemed annoyed actually.

Login results in Blank page. When I spoke to rep, she suggested I use Google Chrome. Success. She admitted the issue was on THEIR end. She wasn't very forthcoming on any other information. I am guessing she had been dealing with frustrated customers.

When I click the sign in button I get a blank white page. I cleared my cache and deleted "everything" in my history to see if that was the problem. It's not the problem. I still can't sign in.

I was able to log into the Website to access my account. Some information or services are still not available online. The mobile app is completely down, not even allowing sign in attempts.

Not able sign in to website to get money out. Tried calling no answer. Went to bank used atm but had to try another atm. Not able to deposit, see account balances. Very bad situation. I was trying to order a lyft to get home from work. Waited over an hr then had to use other card but. It sure which account or how much I have in account. This is awful! Please fix ASAP
