Hi @gcashofficial! I’ve been trying to withdraw from my BPI #MySaveUp but your OTP is not working. I didn’t receive any OTP, and been trying to refresh the app and even restarted my phone. Your customer service isn’t available and it’s hard to contact BPI as well.
