As a late night east coast FFXIV player, Square should consider staggering minor non patch maintenance by data center so there's still options to play without the game being completely down :( Week 1 and because tonight is my main playing time I'm in trouble of not capping tomes

Some feedback and bug fixes on inconsistencies here. The Douple-Tap Square/X Upgrades for the C4 are not working properly in #BlackOps7 it still has the same delay, sometimes also pulls the animation even though the upgrade is selected. @TreyarchCM @Treyarch @CODPersonal
