dear @enjoyGLOBE, it's 2025. your 211 customer service hotline needs to be taken down if all it can do is just direct users to a web page or has them download an app. Especially if both are useless in solving the problem.

I switched to Globe from PLDT a few days ago because of recurrent internet outage. After a few days internet was down. Never experienced this in the US. I wish we Filipinos would get a better service from our internet providers. @enjoyGLOBE @bongbongmarcos @iamMVP
