I am writing to report a complete loss of Globe Telecom mobile signal in Enrique Villanueva, Siquijor, which has been ongoing since August 9, 2026. Mobile phones in the area show no signal bars, completely cutting off all voice calls, SMS, and mobile data services for the past two days. This prolonged service disruption has left local subscribers entirely disconnected from cellular communication and mobile internet access, requiring immediate technical intervention and tower restoration.

Still not receiving OTP or notification from SMS roaming service here in Cambodia, my last was July 14,2026. Globe customer service said there is an ongoing system enhancement for all roaming service across the country.
