Never fails @VentraChicago app is down. I ring the bell for a CTA employee to let me in the gate because I have a pass in queue, no one ever shows up even though there bag etc are clearly in the booth and i have to end up tapping my credit card. Do better @cta!!!!

Rogers is the worst internet service you could ever get! The connection constantly shuts down every 10 seconds, and that blinking orange light? A nightmare. If you value fast, reliable internet, don’t even think about Rogers. Switch to Bell Canada the best internet service ever

One of the pathetic service is Bell @Bell My internet is not working for 4 days and they don’t care except transferring my call. Every time, I need to validate myself and they don’t share notes when transferring like what is the issue why customer has called. #poorcustomerservice

Bell internet is down for 50 households in my area and not expected to be repaired for another day and a half. It reminds me why I hate smart appliances, internet based security systems, streaming-only entertainment, and internet phone service. Thanks, @Bell, for the reminder.
