Greetings @NTCPH I would like to report that @SKYserves has no internet connection again. This issue happens almost every day. When the internet is not completely down, the connection is extremely slow—to the point that mobile data is much faster than SkyFibr’s service. (1/2)

Weeks without internet from @SKYserves @mySKYupdates ! No outage or maintenance daw, but modem light is red 24/7. Chatbot keeps saying “team dispatched” but nobody comes. Sobrang hassle! NTC, better check them!

This is the 6th day of outage by your Sky cable service and still no resolve. No proper connection between agent and customer, replying after 24 hours during sleep hours late at night. And every time just sorry, no improvements. Even after paying full, no service. @SKYserves
