I would like to report that @SKYserves has no internet connection again. This issue happens almost every day. When the internet is not completely down, the connection is extremely slow—to the point that mobile data is much faster than SkyFibr’s service.

Weeks without internet from @SKYserves @mySKYupdates ! No outage or maintenance daw, but modem light is red 24/7. Chatbot keeps saying “team dispatched” but nobody comes. Sobrang hassle! NTC, better check them!

Sky Cable TV down 3 days! Troubleshoot done, DMs sent, useless, upgradeur 30-yr old copper cable tech, act also on our pending application to upgrade to Fibr Sky TV from 4 months ago. Pls restore the signal now, DMs sent.
