I actually had this same exact issue and it's so frustrating when you keep complaining and Facebook support just ignore you like you don't even matter, if you want your account fixed I can refer you to the guy that worked on mine @recoverybuddy09

I think every Facebook ad I see is a sob story about how due to some problems the store has to close and sell off their inventory and this is your last chance to buy. Of course you can look at their ad history and see they have been running the same ad for more than 6 months
