Hi Squarespace I opened a ticket since I cannot login and my website is down but have received no response from you this is totally unacceptable I haven’t been able to access my website for 2 months now @squarespace

.@squarespace I have a customer down and I've been waiting in chat support after fighting your chatbot for going on half an hour. I just need to edit DNS, c'mon man.

Since @typepad is shutting down, I had to deactivate my blog's DNS settings. Ugh. Thankfully, my domain provider's customer service rep @squarespace was extremely helpful and made it easy and quick to sort out the DNS issues. Thank you, Sullivan Z — you were terrific!

I have made it launchapp's mission from this day forward I am going to take down my squarespace! it just happens my first client for launchapp is on squarespace now I am upselling them on a whole **** landing page, and I am going all out just to get them off squarespace

Namecheap squarespace zoho and Google. All of them would not let me recover my account when I sent a support ticket for the impersonation for social engineering my co-founder did. Proton actually just replied and said they shut down access. I expected them to help the least.
