Is Squarespace down?

Day 112 of @SquarespaceHelp not fixing their domain website. Whats the point of Squarespace even buying Google Domains if they can't operate a simple website? Imagine YouTube or Google not working for 112 days.... they would go bankrupt but here is @squarespace not even caring.

All my clients' squarespace sites are down rn!

Transferred a domain to #squarespace. Set up the dns and has been almost 2 days and still the site is not working !?!? (No ssl) They say 72 hours and then they will help. Generating an ssl cert takes minutes!!! This is unacceptable. Tried contacting customer support. Nada

Cancelled subscription well before next billing date, assuming it'd stay active since it's paid for. Instead, the page was taken down, and connected Google Workspace, which isn’t cancelled, stopped working. Can’t receive work emails! Pls help! @SquarespaceHelp @squarespace
