Is @UberEats having an issue? This is the third time I'm having to reach out to @Uber_Support there won't be a fourth time. What's the point of an app that doesn't work and doesn't even contact you when there's an issue?

Spent over 45 minutes trying to talk to UberEats support to try to fix order for a diner. Spent over 45 minutes on the phone with @UberEats and disconnected twice and transferred 5 times. They cancelled the order and compensated me $5. I made less than $7/hr & diner gets no food.

See u in court @dkhos @UberEats I do NOT have a car yet u guys keep deactivating my account cause of ur flawed speed system. All u have to do is look at direction i travel , i cant drive wrong down the street can i ?!?!? Customer support wont fix it or change it back!!
