After yesterday’s outage with AT&T I didn’t even want to even speak to another CSR. However, they were quite persistent & I spoke with another CSR,from their back office. They apologized & compensated me for the stress & interruption of my service. So all is well,that ends well.
An entire day w ‘No Service’ error messages plus no incoming calls. AT&T.

Ordered three 4’ x 8’ windows for my house. Got my flower beds prepped & ready. Garagedoor spring schedule for a fix. Got a contractor out rn to rip up the floor on my rental as I tweet this. & lowered my AT&T bill. Today was a good day *Ice Cube Voice

I signed up for @ATT and @FirstNet service today and there’s an outage in my area. Not a good start. Trying to get info for potential restoration but no luck.

Been using @GetSpectrum since I moved to DTLA. However, I work from home and previously used spectrum and never had these outage issues at my old apartment. This is ridiculous… anyone know if AT&T has better internet in DTLA area?

Can’t believe that @ATT has an outage in my area that they’re saying they can’t fix until 3pm tomorrow afternoon. I work remote so this is incredibly annoying. I’m going to be forced to use a day of Paid Time Off because they’re going to be so slow about fixing it.

Another day, another @Xfinity outage. I maxed out the outage credits (if they weren't limited they'd be paying me). The hard reality of the @cityofpaloalto, in the heart of Silicon Valley and no fiber nor decent Internet access or competition (@ATT just offers DSL)

Hey @ATT it’s been 7 days, two technicians, over 20 area wide outages, 3 hour long calls to customer service, and 3 new gateways. Still no wifi. Your last tech said that AT&T is not concerned because only 32 customers are impacted. You suck! #AT&T
If you’re an AT&T customer like me whose cell and data service didn’t work earlier today when Spectrum Internet went down, you’re not crazy. AT&T now acknowledging customers were affected.
