Is AT&T having a service outage? ❌

No internet tonight. The only internet package my aartment has is AT&T fiber and they are the worst ******* to deal with

So my Metronet fiber Internet was fine... an AT&T reseller came by 5 days ago... Suddenly I'm having issues with my Metronet fiber Internet?

Power go out at 3:45p… AT&T talking bout they expect to fix the internet outage by 2:00a tomorrow 😳 Yall need almost 12 hours for a storm that’s supposed to pass in the next couple hours 🤔

I’ve never been made more angry by a company than @ATT Dozens of outages for ISP Terrible automated service that doesn’t help or let you diagnose Incredible difficulty to get a person to discuss. Zero accountability.

Just spoke with an AT&T rep who tells me they have crews on the ground this morning assessing the situation… Says they service down throughout the area. @FOX17

Of course I have to go to @att to fix my phone while I’m on vacation 🙄

Anybody else **** tripping with AT&T?

I called @ATT internet and there was an 8 day power outage for WiFi and I had to make an international call. So I used my phone to make it and they charged me $160 international fee and are refusing to refund me even though I couldn’t use WiFi because of them #fuckatt #ATT

Thank you @ATT for hooking me up with Service after not having any for a week. No transparency from @FrontierCorp as to why my Internet services had been down for a week or when it'd be restored. Finally free of constant prolonged outages with no explanation as to why.

Is @ATT and @ATThelp too big to help? The phone lines have been down since April 26 and calling for help on personal cellphones is either a time consuming process or one more call not answered. The status updates from anyone @ATT or @ATThelp is nonexistent at this time.

Hey @ATTHelp I have now had 6 technicians out to my home including 1 today for the same issue and every single tech says they fix the issue and it isn’t fixed! But you do love to make sure that auto pay system works just fine.

I genuinely need help with this if anyone has Starlink Internet There’s a really nice house I’m looking at, but the only Internet providers out in the area are AT&T in Starlink. Other than that, the house is perfect and I might put an offer down

Not sure what you are talking. I have never had a problem using at&t World plan.

Had to upgrade my Cricket phone service to unlimited for the time being due to my AT&T internet issues.

My @ATT service is sucking! Ever since they had the system go down in Feb my phone service has been weird.

Spectrum and AT&T are picking a really really poor time to go down here…

I almost feel like this outage is on purpose and @ATT is trying to push this new product. Because how am I still without home internet.
