I really don’t like to complain, but @BestBuy I had the hands down WORST experience. I had to get a camera lens fixed that was 1 year old and it took 2 months to fix it, multiple calls, they couldn’t fix it, and now can’t reimburse the full value of it to actually buy a new one.

Hey @BestBuy u finally gave us customer service after hours of begging you to do the right thing. Why do we have to beg why isn’t there a number to call? We couldn’t get a hold of anyone I used Twitter/DM your customer service person/husband had to go down to our local Best Buy.

Is there some sort of large-scale outage on the internet this morning? Most osites are working fine, but I've encountered a number of large, established sites (e.g., Marriott, BestBuy) that are down.

so hear me out I know I haven't been streaming this month as I should it's been to hot but it is cooling down some, but I was at @BestBuy yesterday and came across a 24" tv for like $60 I'm thinking about getting 2 of them and building a mini Video wall for stream.

Sometimes i forget how spoiled we can be as Americans. My internet has been down since got home to an "unexpected outage" @Cox_PR with no updates on app. Over an hour past now on estimated time and now I remember why I'm also ****** that @BestBuy stopped selling 4k movies. Times

Are your phones down? Called 4 times to my local store & called the 888 number. Got hung up before connecting to anybody. This after walking into the store on 2 different days for tech support.
