Is CenturyLink down? ❌

Well. Tomorrow marks 1 week since @CenturyLink went down for me. And today marks 2 days in a row they have no call no showed for appointments to fix it. Life without internet when you work from home is…..taxing.

Jeebus Xrist. @CenturyLink is almost as bad as Comcast. Day after the storms I called to say our fiber cable was down. They couldn't open a new ticket because the outage ticket superseded any new requests. 5 days later they said the outage was resolved! Still no internet.

Internet has been down here at my house since like 11am. Been hard to get much work done. @CenturyLink said at like 2:30pm that it should be fixed by 8:55pm. 15 more mins…will they make it?

Well, here we go again!!! @CenturyLink internet is down again. Cannot even log into the web site since that is having tech issues. How are people supposed to work ??? I’m tired of the outages and modems breaking on me.

Have been dealing with terrible customer service @CenturyLink regarding an internet outage at my place for 14 hours now. Repeatedly have had chat and text reps abruptly end our conversations and now Facebook DM is taking hours to chat with someone instead of normal 5-10 mins….

Our @CenturyLink internet has been out for a week, with another week left before an appt. to fix it. A 2 week outage and no effort to fix sooner is frankly unacceptable. I'm happy with the quality of internet, but you've GOTTA do better in this Customer Service arena, PLEASE. 😡

hey @CenturyLink, our internet has been down since the 17th and your tech support just told us we can't get it fixed until the 30th. My husband and I both work from home and cannot be without internet for two more weeks - this timeline is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Ugh! @CenturyLink is having an outage but refuses to list it on their website. Additionally, I've been on hold for over an hour without any CS, nor is anyone answering the CS sms feature.

Hey @CenturyLink my internet has gone down 3 different times this morning and multiple times last night. What the **** is going on and why have you made no statement as to when it’ll be consistently back online?

Didn't have issues with @CenturyLink for the four years we had it, but @quantumfiber buys it up and now we've had four outages over the last week in PDX including three this morning... Not a peep on your outage tracker either...

#CenturyLink crazy. We have been in an outage for 8 days with no finish in sight. Not good. Not good at all.

My CenturyLink Internet has been down since Saturday and I can't get anyone to my house until next Saturday. I'll pay any other service any amount of money to get me hooked up faster.
