Day 21 (3 weeks), of #Comcast outage from Hurricane Helene. Status for the last several days said I’d have service back by 10/18 @ 05:05 PM. Today at 05:06 PM, it changed to “as soon as possible”, again. The dates just come, go, and change. No trucks in area since last week.
Wow Verizon internet outage is back for me. I know this has been an ongoing issue for a couple days nationwide, and certainly in the city. They’re so ******. Spectrum, Comcast, all competitors are all popping champagne.

Hey @Ask_Spectrum @comcast @Xfinity and @CenturyLink - it would be super helpful if you enabled text based outage reporting and outage statuses. Telling people with no power or data connections to check their apps is really ******* stupid.

My internet is down. Was going to record another video before work but that’s not happening. Comcast will be out tomorrow to fix it. I want to drop one more video this weekend especially since it looks like we are bringing in more views and subscribers recently.

Comcast Xfinity internet and cable are out in Atlanta. Again. This seems to happen on a weekly basis. They acknowledge the outage now, but when you ask for a service credit they will say no outage occurred. Please ***, give us Google Fiber.

hey @comcast we literally have our internet line on the ground in need of repair, and your people keep telling us there's no outage near us so no one will help us for a week. that's unacceptable when we barely have cell service and need internet connection.
AT&T was down. Watsapp, YouTube, Facebook, T-Mobile, Instagram, Twitter, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, Shopify, PayPal, Robinhood, Verizon, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Comcast, and many others from 2023 till current. And now Bank of America. This isn't a coincidence.
