.@dunkindonuts I’ve had issues w/ mobile orders 2 days in a row - the store doesn’t have items I’ve ordered. I try to resolve it on the app which links to the website chat which isn’t mobile friendly and provides no solution. I’m not paying for the mistakes of a billon $ company

I’m not complaining as a “first world problem.” It’s more of a bigger picture thing as to what is going on. Yesterday I hit a @dunkindonuts to get 2 dozen only to be told “We don’t have any.” Not a single one. #youhadonejob But read my 2nd tweet below.

I would love it if my @dunkindonuts spot near me would actually turn the mobile ordering back on. There was a power outage & it had not been turned back on since. It's been 5 days at this spot without it. Just an FYI. I'll return to my coffee runs when I can use mobile again.
