Hey people, just know at least in the Houston area if @AskFrontier goes down it’s likely upstream because they don’t have redundant upstream providers for internet .

Hey @FrontierCorp , my internet/data has been down for a week now in Tampa following Hurricane Milton. Efforts to speak with a customer service rep go nowhere. Your daily automated message acknowledges an outage but provides no updates. How about some help!!!

I have been without internet for almost 34 hours. Frontier went down and wouldn't tell us why. All the customer service line would say it would be back up at 10:36 pm Monday. No internet on Tuesday morning. It just came back around 10 pm Tuesday. Ugh

I’ve never had such terrible cust service as I’ve had with @FrontierCorp Started new service Oct 3, on Oct 10 they bury the fiber line and internet goes out. Now w/o internet for 6 days. CS says “outage in area” when I call to get a ticket! Website and billing says no outage.

If you were an internet provider, would you force a router update when people resumed power after an electrical outage? Of course not! That would be #stupid & overload support lines @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier

Day 5 no internet. @FrontierCorp still has yet to acknowledge the outage on their app and website. Customer support has not been told any reason as to what has caused this, so they are not able to communicate with their clients. Do better @FrontierCorp

Hurricane Milton - Frontier tv & WiFi remained up for most folks despite loss of power. @XfinitySupport has gone down through 3 storms. Never answer a phone. They don’t provide updates. People need local news to find gas and supplies. Changing to frontier when this is over.

hey @AskFrontier I know we're still in recovery mode in our area, but just lost internet at my house in Pinellas County. Can't submit a ticket because I'm being told there's a known outage that will be fixed 10/9 (3 days ago). Is there any way I can update that ticket?

#LBK #LongboatKey - frontier internet seems to down and cell internet is spotty. In my neighborhood of Bay Isles damage is mainly to docks and landscape. At least that is what I can see. Several helicopters surveying the island.

So @FrontierCorp’s network can withstand 100+ mph winds no problem, immediately worked once my power came back on. But when the hurricane was completely over, it dies. Really have to work on your 20 mph winds infrastructure guys, you got the 100+ down. 🤡

I “LOVE” when my internet is in outage the day before work again so I’m forced to call out and look like an idiot. Real swell Frontier.

Well after 3 days no cable tv, internet, and landline Frontier finally said my outage wasn’t due to the storm but faulty equipment in my home. Will be without the services for another 2 and a half days until they can send a technician to replace the equipment. @FrontFIOS sucks.

Between @hulu and @GetSpectrum I'm ready to box someone. Canceling both Monday. Can't use a mobile Hotspot with Hulu and Spectrum got all my neighbors with Frontier with the biggest grin on their face. #Outage
